Best for: freelancers and small agencies comfortable editing and deploying Node.js sites for local-service clients. Skip it if: you need a drag-and-drop builder, WordPress theme, included hosting, or a service that brings in clients.
The value is a reusable starting structure and a commercial-use license—not an instantly publishable, custom client site. You still own the content, deployment, testing and handover. What is Ready Client Sites?
Ready Client Sites sells editable website packages for local-service businesses. Rather than starting a plumbing or cleaning client project with an empty page, you choose a relevant niche foundation, replace its brand and content, and prepare it for deployment. The seller describes these as Node.js applications, not WordPress themes. The members portal provides downloads and setup guidance; it is not a visual editor for changing a live page.
That distinction matters. Buying a foundation can reduce repetitive layout work, but it does not write accurate service copy, supply approved customer testimonials, configure the client's domain or make their contact form deliver enquiries. The finished result still depends on your work.

Before paying for a niche, examine the actual customer journey. Open the AC Maintenance demo or Roofing demo on a phone. Try navigation and the contact path, and decide whether the structure suits a real client's services. A demo's sample copy and claims are not ready for a client's site without checking them.
Can you sell the finished websites to clients?
According to the seller's published commercial-use terms, you can customize, brand, deploy and deliver finished websites to your paying clients. You cannot resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the raw source packages as templates. In practice, your deliverable should be a client-specific finished website, not the untouched download. Check the current license terms if you plan a different use.

These sites need Node.js 22+ or a compatible VPS/Docker setup, according to the seller. Standard WordPress-only hosting may not run them. For every live client project, plan for a domain or subdomain, suitable hosting and persistent storage. Then budget your time to replace placeholder text and imagery, confirm service details, connect the enquiry form, test on mobile, configure the domain and arrange client handover.
